Diesel why two weeks on two off. It's not clen. I just do the eca stright through to the end.
The body builds a tolerance to it. It may still work to a degree, but not to the maximum potential.Quote:

I cycle mine 5 days on, 3 days off. Most do it by weeks.
Phee thanks for the info I should try cycling my eca when I start.
do you think 5 days on and 2 days of, like weekdays on and weekends off is OK?
I think as long as you feel it working, that should be fine.Quote:

I started out like that and it got to the point where 2 days wasn't enough so I increased to 3.
Try it like that and see how it works for ya.
ECA.... in particular the ephedrine is a beta-2 antagonist (very similiar to clen, yet weaker)... there is argueably some beta-3 activity as well....
so the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off basis... IS a good idea.
I'm not a big ECA fan anyways..... I hate the crash.
Another tip for ECA use (if you choose todo it) is to spread your total daily doseage into smaller more often doses... meaning take a smaller amount more often, but do not increase the total daily dose.
For example, if your ECA product directions say "take two tablets two to three times daily"... well instead of taking two tablets every four hours... take one tablet every 2 hours.... that way the body gets a more steady supply.
