Hey guys i'm 18, 178lbs @17% bodyfat and this is my schedule.
1300 - (get up) 50g dextrose, 5g gluteamene, miltivitamin, flax seed oil, 1000mg tribulis
1730 - (15 mins after training) 50g dextrose, 5g glutimene, 5g creatine.
1800 - (45 mins after training) protien shake.
0200 - (bed) 1000mg tribulis, ZMA stack
i usually eat a bowl of cereal and 2 or 3 cans of tuna throughout the day. what changes would you make to the suppliments or schedule if you were me?
