    Review my suppliments\schedule

    Hey guys i'm 18, 178lbs @17% bodyfat and this is my schedule.
    1300 - (get up) 50g dextrose, 5g gluteamene, miltivitamin, flax seed oil, 1000mg tribulis
    1730 - (15 mins after training) 50g dextrose, 5g glutimene, 5g creatine.
    1800 - (45 mins after training) protien shake.
    0200 - (bed) 1000mg tribulis, ZMA stack

    i usually eat a bowl of cereal and 2 or 3 cans of tuna throughout the day. what changes would you make to the suppliments or schedule if you were me?

    that morning detrose is useless.......espicaly since yournot adding protein........take the the dextrose and mix potein powder with it for best results immediatley aftr your workout

    you may want to consider a protein drink about 45-60 mins before training. how long does your workout last? there is about 4 1/2 hrs between your morning "meal" and your postworkout "meal". may also want to consider taking your trib with the preworkout shake. good luck, bro!

    thanks for the opinons guys! ya i think its a lot of dextrose too but i read on a post that ur supposed to use .5g per pound of bodyweight. gawd now i'm thinking, maybe i read .5 mg. wow, i'm an ass

    take the dextrose right after you work out, and take protein about 30 mins. after that. if you take the protein first you actually put your body into a catabolic state where it produces glucagon instead of glucogen to replace your lost muscle glycogen stores. not sure if mixing it is ok or not. i read that in M&F a couple issues ago.

    you want to have the protein, dextrose, creatine, and glutamine directly after working out
