    creatine and numbness

    has anyone experienced numbness in their fingers or arms while loading creatine? I wake up in the middle of the night with numb fingers and arms.
    anyone have any ideas.

    hey ya when im loading creatine i get a numbness in my forearms all of a sudden sometimes feels really weird

    you might just be sleeping on your hands or arms wrong and pinching a nerve or cutting off blood supply. i know i wake up all the time and my arms from the elbows down are completely dead and take a few minutes to get some feeling back, but it's just from how i sleep on them. i've never noticed that creatine caused it, just bad sleeping form.
