Increacing Protein Synthesiss

Anyone ever hear of Flavones? They say they increase protein synthesiss and speed up recovery? Anybody used them before and had good results?

depends on which ones in particular... some have negative effects because they can mimmick estrogen (phytoestrogens).

IMO, don't worry about all this... get your diet and training down..

Your body will naturally increase protein synthesis as a result of training. (been reading about this in Mel Siff's SuperTraining book recently just to mention...)
