    Need legit answers.

    How much and when should glutamine be taken. I've also read that when you start taking creatine, you don't need the 20 gms per day loading phase. When and how much creatine should be taken. I've been reading alot of stuff which gives different answers.

    If it's L-glutamine, take in the morning on an empty stomach and after workout on an empty stomach.
    Glutamine peptides can be taken with your protein shakes.

    Front loading is not necessary for creatine. 10g a day is fine. I split it up into two servings

    I generally take 5 grms of glutie an hour before my workout, directly postworkout, and at bedtime. Seems to help me recover a lot better.
    Creatine loading is basically for faster results. I generally take 5-10 grms on non-workout days and 10-20 grms. on workout days. But at the same time, I am 320lbs. Most people would take between 5-10grms.

    you don't have to front load creatine, but it will just take more time for your muscles to get saturated if you don't. i read that if you don't front load it takes up to a month to get them saturated, wheareas if you're doing about 20g a day it takes about a week. just what i read though.

    i heard that you werent suppose to take glutimane along with creatine, dont they block eachohthers effects

    No its so you can use it up faster and go buy some more, imo
