Have heard claims that it has less protein in it but no one has shown me any documentation. Optimum claims it has a very high protein to weight ratio. I love it. Buy the 10lb bag for the best deal.

Oh, my bad, I was thinking about HDT's 5+1 canister, I get them for $26 so its a little cheaper actually.

i use optimum, and i get the bags too. i have no complaints, and the vanilla ice cream flavor is pretty good too.
