Im almost 21, cycle free, workin on about 150 pounds and a little softness in the midsection. Anyways, I want to run to stay lean, and keep the BF at about 3 % Jk- Anyways, I have heard not to take creatine while your doing cardio alot because it strips it out of you?? Fiction- or am I getting the reach around???? THX
