How Can I slow my metabolism?/ Do I need too?

That all depends. If you are young (under 25) whereas your body eludes with metabolism, there isn't much that you can do. However, if you are not but are naturally high metabolic, then you may have to see a doctor about that.

I am under 25 but I eat 3000cal a day and still can't put on any
weight, though i'm getting stronger, just not bigger?

i think you can slow down your metabolism in a number of ways
first dont do cardio play sports or be on the go the whole day
then start eating cakes and sweets after each meal also try eating b4 bed time.now all these listed above are not very healthy methods but if you are skinny and want to gain some weight GO FOR IT

eat high carbs before you go to bed, like soft pretzels w/ a cup of milk not low fat, and cottage chesse, the protein helps w/ muslce building, caesin protein is slow releasing
