Has anyone tried any of the new varieties of nighttime proteins that supposedly slowly digest while you sleep? Normally, I am an incredible cynic when it comes to virtually all products released by almost any company, but this would seem to have some merit if in fact it does break down slowly, which isn't quite as unbelievable as the absurd claim of an otc supplement being able to inhibit the biological function of a specific gene, so I do buy it on some level. I experieced some of my better gains by slugging down a protein and glutamine shake in the middle of the night when i'd wake up to hit the bathroom and I wake up each morning absolutely starving, so I'm thinking it's worth a try. Anyone given them a test run and willing to share their results or thoughts?
