Supplement Program
Hey guys and gals! Just looking for some input on my planned supplement program. Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated.
MRP/Protien (200 grams per day)
Creatine (5-10 grams)
Glutamine (5 grams)
Aminos (recommend dose)
Multi (same)
Goals to include strength and mass build. Thanks!

Why do say not to take the creatine and glutamine together? I thought it was the protein you shouldn't take with those.
You might want to pick up some extra vitamine C 2 g/ day and some flaxseed oil (caps or liquid)

I have read both arguements (creatine and glutamine at the same time). What is your reasoning for taking the glutamine on an empty stomach? I'll flaxseed oil, and eliminate the amino's. Thanks for the quick replys!
