ephedra makes you fat??

i just received a mailing from george at elite.
he is promoting a book by some guy who has all the best bodybuilding secrets.
'Ones that the supp. manufacturers don't want you to know.'
blah blah blah......but an excert from the book said that ephedra makes you fat...
Has anyone heard anything about this?
does it have to do with a yo-yo effect?

I can see if your diet isnt clean that you could gain a bit of fat after comeing off thermos but i doubt that ephedra alone will FORCE you to gain.

It may be a case of an author using a shocking tag to sell copies.

go buy the book and inform us on how it gets u fat. Maybe rebounding on it since post ephedra does slow metabolism down fast due to the body's defense mechanism. So if you binge with a slow thyroid you can gain every thing back fast.
