    Creatine Serem Vs Powder

I have done alot of reading and asking questions.

However although ive read that creatine serym is better than powder, most users I have asked have claimed they prefer Powder?

ok that debate has been settled but what's the general opinion of other types of creatine like the effervesent type and the ph balanced(buffered) types or creatine+ribose? are these any better than regular micronized creatine???

Is this true that they cant make serum creatine stable. I use serum and absolutley love it. I would never go back to powder. It always helps me put out the extra couple of reps that i just wouldn't of had the energy to do before. Just curious if this statement was true or not. Well thanks for any info.

Creatine is not stable in liquid. GI your probly getting a placebo effect or maybe it has some added caffein to it, which is stable in liquid.
As for ribose, i have seen good results off of it. I really load it up two weeks before i max out and take ten grams before everyworkout and 15 grams before my max rep out.

basically what this means is that as soon as creatine touches water or liquid it rappidly degrades into a by-product.so you need to drink it as soon as you make it.

What about all the people who say serum is better, like the shops who sell both, etc.?

When I used the serum I got a 20 minute high from it. There must be some kind of stimulant in there to make the user think he's feeling the effects of creatine. Serum sucks.

The only good thing about Creatine Serum is the little bottle, it looks nice.

Creatine Serum is the Anna Kournikova of supplements. All cosmetic, no function.

I definetly agree with anyone else that dislikes the serum... I have gone thru a few bottles, and all I have found it to do is give me a slight energy boost. I saw a lot more from the powder. Serum is a waste of money.

    Ok guys. thanks.

So i think now instead of going for the ATP Serum, im gonna go for the Pure Micronised monohydrate. It goes for around $66AUD for 1kg
    ($1US = $2AUS).
Is that alright do yous thinks? and is it a good type of Creatine?

Yes but Kournikova has a nice butt and Creatine Serum has no tits...
Once when I was in the USA I wanted to buy it, but only because the bottle attracted me. I am happy for not buying it.

    I am in Australia.
Have any of yous heard of the brand called BRONX? it is pure micronised monohydrate creatine?

Also can I, or should I order the prolab creature and if so were from?

And what is Dextrose? I heard i should put 35g in the creatine before workouts?

    Thanks.

Dextrose speeds your insuline...it's a kind of cabohydrate which is converted very quickly but it makes you fat so don't take to much, but it's good when taken together with creatine cause it increases the creatine uptake.

By the way the best Creatine is made by SKW. It's a German factory and it's 100% pure. SKW kixx ass it's also used by Scitec and a few others.

Dextrose is good taken with creatine !
But don't take too much of it.
Once I heard that the maximum of insuline is set free when taking 75gr. Dextrose. But 75gr is a bit much, I would take ,lets say, 30gr with creatine but you don't have to use dextrose you can also wash the creatine down with grape juice it has also a lot of dextrose.

The best creatine isn't pure powder but creatine which comes with a transport-matrix, like CELL TECH. Forget the rest ! Effervescent creatine, like from Scitec is also supposed to suck. And creatine tablets also suck, just like creatine bars.
