    Why Dextrose

    I have heard that dextrose is good for mixing with creatine.

    BUt What advantage does dextrose have over any sugar supplement like fruit juice, or honey, or any other sugar supplement?

    Dextrose will cause a greater insulin spike then the sugar you mentioned thus rushing the creatine into your mucle at a faster rate

    Find a beer/wine making store. YOu can pick up a 10Lb bag of dextrose for about $4.00
