    looking for a supplement schedule and what to take

    well i use to juice...and i still wanna juice its justthat i am waiting for the winter time...right now i i wanna put on the size i had on and still look good..iknow to take protein...should i throw in some glutamine and creatine..maybe some hydroxycuts...please help

    creatine(micronized)
    gaba (i think its very good) 5-10 g daily 5g before training and
    5g 45minutes before sleeping.
    also you might want to try Chromium picolinate.
    good fat burner in my opion is prolab cuts 3.

    Morning- 5g Glutamine + Protien shake( I mix my protien and Glutamine together with milk. Now I've heard that this takes a little potency away from the Glutamine, but I need some real evidence of this before I stop mixing this way.)
    Afternoon- Protien
    Before workout- 5g Creatine+2 Heaping teaspoons Dextrose in water
    During Workout- same as before
    Right After Workout- same as before
    30mins After Workout- 10 grams Glutamine + protien
    Supper- Protien
    Before bed- 5 grams Glutamine + Protien.

    Periodically you can add your favorite PH to the mix here. Alot of people say PH's don't work, but the fact is that some of them do work, and well!
    My personal favorite is Animal Stak. It's cheap, and it works. Just use a Pak everyday before your workout for 21 days.

    zma or just zinc zinc zinc!!!

    i use whey for pre and post workout
    blend for 30mins after zma
    zma 30mins before bedtime
    multivit
    omega blend oils
    vit c

    etc.

    I use the same stuff as Adonis... Whey protien, multivitimin, vit C, and homemade ZMA 45 min before bed. I'm looking for something else to take too. I like glutemine when I'm trying to cut but that's not what I'm trying to do. Maybe some creatine, although last time I took that it gave me the runs. Any suggestions bros?
