My buddy is just wrapping up a cycle of 1-AD and has gained about 15lbs. He's got about 5 days left in the cycle. Just wondering if it would be beneficial and maybe help keep his gains if i got him some clomid?? If i did this how long after his last day of 1-AD should he commence with it?? Or is there a better gains keeper formula for 1-AD??
15 lbs from 1-AD??? He got scammed, someone must have put some real test in there! :D
gains keeping for ph's:
reduce training volume
increase intensity
keep calories high
1-2 grams of trib
zma before bed
Clomid would be beneficial, start a couple hours after your last dose

Ergopharm's new 6-OXO product can be used by those wishing to travel the OTC route (an anti-aromatase).
As well (in addition to what was previously stated [although intensity should be lessened, too]) one can dose an ECA stack small and frequently (5-10 mgs of E/50-100 mgs of C every 2-3 hours. ECA has a relatively short half-life and by persuing it in such a manner, one may achieve a more time-released effect [making it a better anti-catabolic] while reducing normally associated concerns [anxiety, palpitations and such]).

I know buddies that swear by 1-AD, i even had one tell me he gained 8lbs in 3 weeks on 1-AD....but he lost 5 lbs after a cycle of d-bol :lol:

True prohormones do not give you the "gram of test" look.
But they are very effective, especially the 1test+4ad combo.
7lbs is not bad. Are you complaining about seven pounds? What are your stats anyways?

In a few weeks I will hopefully be starting a cycle of 1-AD + 4-AD!
Reading your post above I was wondering would it be effective for me to take 6-OXO + the amount of Vitamin C & E that you recommended & finally ZMA before bed after the cycle! Not sure if my budget can stretch to an ECA Stack!

Yes, that should work itself much to your favour. In that regard you can take the afore mentioned for four weeks. Although, an ECA stack is quite inexpensive if you know what to purchase (plain Ephedrine HCL tablets [Vasopro by Megapro] can be had for around $9 dollars [60 tablets 25mgs each], and pure Caffeine tablets [Prolab] can be had for around $7 dollars [100 tablets 200 mgs each]).
My buddy i was talking about is just currently a week into his 3rd and finall bottle of 1-AD and at this point he's gaines 18lbs. Not to bad hey. He loves the stuff. Going to get him to take Tribulus testereis post 1-AD and the last week of the cycle reduce doses slowly to taper it off. Hopefylly he can keep most of what he's gained.

I've done 2 8 wk cycles of 1ad/4ad and found that tapering off at the end of the cycle was the best way to keep gains. I gained about 13 lean pounds and only lost about 3. People said they noticed big body change. Face was a little slimmer, shoulders appeared wider. Bench went from 275 1rm to 345 1rm in the last 8 wk cycle i did. Also used some trib at the end to help drop the boys a little faster....
Do you have to take this (Tribulus) or can you take ZMA post cycle...
I am going to try the new 6-OXO in about 7 days I will be done with 6 weeks of 1AD. Again great strength gains and about 8lbs. I have tribulus but heard 6-OXO is supposed to be the bomb. Will let you know.
what kind of doses have you taken w/1ad?
Do a little search and you will find some specifics but I think most use 600mg a day, meaning 200mg 3 times spread out over the entire day.
