i'm currently taking that musclebuilding stack from muscle tech, its leukic, gaktic, and creatic... i can definately feel the recovery process being shortened = more weight lifted = more muscle...
ive also taken the MRI® NO2® which also seemed like the recovery time was shorted, and it puffed me up a little bit.. but i'm only on day 4 of the muscletech stack, and its a 15 day thing... so tahts all i can give u...

along w/ the muscletech, i take protein shakes, a multivit and a fat burner, and milk thistle
