    My supplement List

    OK, here's my supp list, gimme some advice on what else to take, i dont want to do AS or creatine. I'm 5'10", 17 yrs old, 127 lbs

    EAS Myoplex Deluxe (1-2/day)
    Flax Oil Gel pills (2/day)
    Z-Mass PM (4/day)
    Milk Thistle (1/day)
    Multivitamin (1/day)
    L-Glutamine (5g mixed with my shake)

    Why don't you want to take creatine? IMO the three supplements that are the most important are Creatine, Glutamine, and a good Protien Powder. Along with these you should also take Vit-C, Multi-Vit, and be eating a balanced diet with at least 1 gram of protien per pound of body weight. Personally, I didn't like the Z-mass when I tried it. I've never taken AS and the best gains I've got were off of the above supps.

    Bump that Bravo. There are three good supps like jimmy said, protein, creatine and L-glut. Why not creatine?

    but y myoplex delux?

    i reckon its too expensive, your better off getting a protein powder instead.

    creatine is a good idea too

    well, basically b/c it has more nutrients and carbs and stuff than a normal protein powder. I use it as a mrp not a protein powder.

    fair enough, personally i grind up oatmeal, add fibre and protein to 1:1 milk:water and that is my mrp.

    maltodextrin has a high GI

    Here's a tip:
    at 127lbs, don't waste money on an mrp, GET A WEIGHT GAINER.
    Nlarge works great.
    Food is the most important "supplement" that you need right now. Food is very anabolic . Eat, eat, eat.
    Creatine and Glutamine are also good products.

    here's today's diet, tell me how this is and what to change

    Breakfast: 7:00
    3 bowls of cereal - 1 bowl had high protein/fiber cereal, and the other two were just normal low sugar high carb cereal, all with skim milk

    Light Snack: 9:30
    1/2 of a protein bar high in carbs

    Lunch 1:00
    1 santa fe burrito with chicken, beans, rice, lettuce, and spices - whole weat wrap

    Snack 2: 2:00
    1 lean body texas pecan pie protein bar

    Workout

    Meal 3: 4:30
    Myoplex deluxe w/ skim milk and a banana and added l-glut

    snack 3: 6:30
    1 bowl of high prot cereal

    Dinner: 9:30
    chicken stir fry w/ brown rice

    Last Snack: 12:00
    Pure Pro - Protein Bar

    Sleep: 2:00

    You say you sleep at 2am, then eat breakfast at 7am. Thats under 5 hours sleep. No way near enough. Minimum 7-8 hours a day.

    haha, no, it was a friday, so i got up early for school, went to bed late, but got up the next day at 9:45

    thats not enough calories, all you had was half a protien bar from after breakfest to 1pm!!!!

    I eat way way way more then that. although I way more then you, but still. eat more often. add a weight gainer at breakfest. a full protien bar in the morning with milk and other porition of carbs or something! eggs, boil some hard boiled eggs!! bring them to school!! eat granola bars! nutri-grain bars are high in carbs. not the best carbs, but your main goal is weight gain.
    hit the creatine and break 130!

    bccas -important, fish oil caps, creatine, multi vits, vitamin c, i jst eat 2 or 3 oranges a day, and for diet eat 100 gs of carbs every meal and 40 - 50 gs protein, its important u remember 2 eat 30 mins b4 working out and straight after aswell 30 mins after a workout is when ur muscles are gonna benefit most, there right aswell u aint gonna grow if u aint sleepin properly...simple as that bro, take multi vits and bccas b4 and after it will help spike insulin levels. creatines a must 4 me aswell im afraid, if ur not hungry pick up a spoon and shuv a few mouthfulls of oats in and wash it down with water, if u r hungry u shouldent b, u will grow if u eat this amount of food and take these supps.

    I would reccomend MHP UP YOUR MASS twice a day, once mid day and once PWO(this has glutamine,bcaa,efa's,and arginine) its alil pricey but has everything you need in one product so its worth it. Add AST micronized creatine to your UP YOUR MASS servings and thats it as far as your weight gainer supps r concerned. Witht is i would add 4 servings of Vit/R-ala. VIT c pills are really cheap, and ast has a great r-ala pill. Take the vit c/r-ala 4 times a day and there you go
