Iam starting today trying to work out hard and cut down the fatty fried garbage foods. Iam also starting to take these two products some friends got for me and recomended.
ProLab Glutamine and XXX-Lean
Has anyone heard of these and or used them espcially the XXX-Lean I cant find any info about it online.

its probably the equivalent to hydroxycut and xenedrine being an thermogenic list some of the ingredients.

Each 3 capsules contain Note- Iam going to start with 3 caps 3 times a day for the first few days before i move up to four want to se ehow it effects me.
- Garcinia 2000mg (supplying 1000mg of Hydroxycitiric adic)
- MaHuang Extract 334mg (standardized for 8% ephedrine)
- Guatana Extract 910mg (Standatdized for 22% caffeine)
- Willow Brk Extract 100mg (Standardized for 15% salicin)
- L-Carnitine 100mg
- Chromium Picolinate 300 mcg
Before work out taking three of these as well as 5g of gultamine and after the work out 10g of glutamine.
Sounds like hydroxycut. Ive never heard of that xxx product. But the l-glut is fine.
