    Nausea

    Hey,

    I have been feeling nausea for a while now after I take some pre work out supplements. I never felt this way before, but after 3 hours of taking most supplments I start to feel it and cant sleep.

    I tried Noxplode, Amplifyo2, Nano, and out of them all Amp seems to be the most potent for my workout style and Im kind of sad that I cant use it now cause now I get really bad nausea with a minor headache. I tried tons of supplements and still feel it afterwards.

    I drink plenty of water too.

    Any comments or suggestions on what to do?

    2 things:

    ~Water Before the workouts and after is KEY ( 2 tall glasses is perfect in each time)

    ~Some type of glycogen replenishment post workout for brain energy and to avoid headaches

    By glycogen replenishment, like whole grain carbs?

    a composite is best

    Fast and slow combined is best

    Like Oatmeal with Fruit

    Just want to let you know that it worked. I ate more carbs after and more water when I took the supps, and i felt fine. Thanks!

    I take advice sharing as super serious so I am glad it worked, I knew it would

    You should also notice it will Amplify the powers of Amplify 02 and LIPO FLAME by about 15-20 % or so
