i'm interested in doing a cycle of prohormones. but with so many out there i need everyones advice on what's the real deal. i'm interested i 1-ad, 1-test, and 4ad. On paper they all look good but i want to know what experiences you've had with them. any info on doses and stacking are welcome. thanx bros

Super one+ also seesms to be a pretty popular ph. Its one+ from avant labs with added 1-test. I havent done my first ph cycle yet but i am planning on one with in the next few months just not sure with what 1-test product i want to use yet. My friend just did a 1-ad cycle for 5 weeks and gained 15lbs and had great strength gains.
Ergopharms 1-AD was definitely good, put on some weight, but it really shrank my damn nuts and they took a while to drop back down :(
I will be doing a 4ad and a 1ad right now so I will keep everyone posted on my cycle diary below to see how it goes
1 AD by Ergo is great. I have spent years training and this is the 1st product to live up to it's hype. Now it'll probably get banned by some pencilneck congressmen. That is a shame as it is a great legal alternative. These idiots just don't understand prohibition does not work. People will use AS, cigarrettes, alcohol and hard drugs no matter what laws are passed. Lots of money to be made in the black market and all these things are easily aquired. Legal or not.
Quick question: while I see it mentioned everywhere that prohormones have potential acne, gyno and testicle shrinkage as sides, what about hair loss?
A stack of 1ad and 4ad or a stack of 1test and 4ad is said to be very effective (as far as PH go anyways). I have talked to a few bros who have done both and they were pleased. I considered PH myself and was going to go with 600mg/day 1AD and 800mg/day 4AD for 8wks, but ultimately have opted for AS instead due to cost and goals.

BDC - T1 Pro transdermal is another good one thats proven to work.

Everyone raves about 1-AD... didnt work for me but everyone is different. I tried it alitte over a year ago. 1-AD stacked with 1-test
Used 1-ad + a scoop of creatine per night for two weeks gained 18 lbs, dropped my diet back down to loose weight and on my fifth week i finally started loosing almost all the weight i gained 16lbs or so. Before i borked my diet im just waiting for my body to kick back in the diet mode.
So i gained a inch on the arms and lost less than 20% of that im something like on month three and i still have the size but the weight is gone.
So ive two more bottles of 1-ad ready to go just not ready to use them just yet.
