    anti-overtrain supplements??

    Supplements like Gro Pro and im sure there are a lot more say they can help you recover your muscles at a rapid rate, almost completely recovered in 24 hours. Now if that is true, will that prevent overtrain on a 1 day on 1 day off workout cycle??

    Over training is defined as too much volume on your muscles at a given time, nothing can prevent it except your training program....as for aiding the muscles in quick recovery try creatine, protein powder w/ extra glutamine
