    question Myoplex BARS

    I bought a 12pack of EAS Myoplex Deluxe Bars & a 12pack of EAS LOW CARB BARS. Their arent any directions on how to take these. Do you take these bars instead of eating a meal? I ate one for dinner and feel like I had eaten a 5 course meal. The bars are chocolate but have alot of vitamins and nutrients.

    Make sure you take at 24 oz. of water with your bar(hehe the american metric system cracks me up )

    To make it a complete serving. You can drink what ever you wish...preferably healthy though. Plus it's good for you
