Supplement Mix
Hey fellas....ive been on creatine, protien, and L-glutamine for sometiime, fooled around with the workout too- but I still feel like Ive hit a wall. I was thinking about using some Nordiol and clomitrol, with the mix I had before. I know everyone had their own opinion about whether the prohormones actually work and all, I just wanted to see whether you guys think this is a good combo (im gonna be using 200mg of nordiol, no other PH's).

most importantly, how is your diet??????
and revamp your whole work out routine befoe you decide to buy prohormons.

Thanks for the replies guys. I eat about 5-6 small meals a day, atleast 30 grams of protien and a small amount of carbs until 6pm (meals consit of Protien shakes and fruit at times). Other than that, very rarely any junk food. This is my first using products that will increase strength (used stacker in the past). Figure while im still fairly young (20), giving it a try couldnt be bad. My biggest concern was with mixing the two supplements together, whether it would react nigatively or if it should work as suggested. Again, thanks fellas.
