sorry to ask only im new here, and want to try and gain weight and at the same time pack on some muscle, just want to know what would work best

You really shouldn't be cycling if you don't have the diet part down for a few years. What are your stats, workout experience, diet, cycle, ect.

cyber here is my opinion, cell -tech is fine but for me is overpriced.i usualy mix my stuff toghether, why would you pay so much monry for a little bit creatine and sugar?yust get any good brand creatine(pure not premixed,ex prolab)add dextrose (here you can put exactly how much you realy need ,dont need to load so much sugar) ALA in cell tech in dosage 200mg will not do anything that you'll notice.you can buy ALA separetly and add if you wish.this will work the same as cell-tech but for less than a half price.
bdw -be careful with all that carbs.n-large has a enough, cell -tech also and on top of that you are still eating sendviches during a day,and almost all of them are high GI carbs
