    Cyberdude..
I do have to agree, I wouldnt but anything with a "fizz"...sounds like crap to me, but I am a hobo, but have always gotten good results with the cheapest brands...or lack thereof...just as long as they are reputable!!
    Good Luck!

Actually the added sodium bicarbonate in the Fizz Fuel will help to disolve the Creatine and lower your stomach PH levels so your body does not destroy the Creatine right away.

If you exercise and eat a lot practicing some sodium bicarbonate supplementation is worth it. The cheapest supplement ever, Baking Soda - like $0.50 a box. Baking soda takes a long time to dissolve and should never be drank undissolved, so an Alka Seltezer would be a good alternative - but now you have to figure in some additive like Asprin.

Basically, the Effervecent Creatines are a good buy because of the added Sodium Bicarbonate but the cost per gram of supplementing with Creatine goes up because of the delivery process. I used to make a home brew of Creatine, D-Ribose, emptied capsules of Insulin Fuel, Glutamine aaaand Alka Seltzer.
