    Please critique this setup (During cycle)

    Vitamin E 400 IU with Breakfast
    Vitamin C 1000mg
    Milk thistle (Silymarin) 1000mg
    Artichoke Leaf extracts 500mg
    ALA Capsule 500MG
    Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500
    ++++++

    Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500 with lunch
    Vitamin C 1000mg with Lunch
    ++++++

    5 grams of Glutamine with Pre and Post workout shake
    5 grams of Creatine with Pre and Post workout shake

    ALA Capsule 500MG with Post workout drink
    MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane) 1000mg with post workout drink
    ++++++

    Multi Vitamin with Dinner
    Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500 with Dinner
    Vitamin C 1000mg with Diner
    ++++++

    10 grams of Glutamine (Bedtime)

    5g of creatine a day is low I think. I usually take 10g a day when I am using it. I split it up into two servings. One when I wake up in the morning and one right after I work out. I usually work out in the evening so the servings are spread out pretty far over a single day. I'd up your creatine to atleast 10g a day.

    I'm sorry I misread your post. I see that you are taking 10g of creatine a day. You might want to spread the servings out a little bit more. If you ingest too much creatine in a short amount of time you end up pissing most of it out, but I'm sure you've heard this before.
