Flax Oil vs. Hemp Oil

I have been looking into different sources of essential fatty acids lately and have found that hemp oil has a better balance of omega 3 and 6. Seems to me that flax is the most popular way to get the ESA'S, does flax have other benefits other than the this, and if not, would hemp oil be a better choice?

Bump, I'm really interested in knowing why nobody ever talks about hemp oil, is it legal in the U.S. ?

I'll just stick with flax seed oil, if it ain't broke why fix it...

By the way if I'm using anything with hemp in it, it's gonna be a big fat blunt...not the oil... once again if it ain't broke...

Does flax offer any other nutritional benefit other than the Omega 3 and 6. The reason I ask is cause my mom takes hemp for Omega essential fatty acids, should I go out and buy some flax or would I be just as well with the Hemp oil?

i've always heard hemp oil is way more expensive than flax or other oils of this type.

how much per bottle does your mom pay?

The prices are around the same, about $10 canadian for 500ml

Hemp oil owns flax oil. First it tastes a shitload better (for oil anyways), ive also heard hemp oils more complete in fatty acids and is natures PERFECT oil, flax cant touch shit stuff, nuttin beats the weed
