Thats why it's advised to take by women in menopause

I read about a study where infant lab mice were fed soy protein and actually caused they're testicles to stop developing. I would stay away from the stuff.

Just Say NO to Soy! Never use it nor recommend it to anyone who is not an elderly woman or a man with cancer.

Have to agree w/everyone else here...soy is an inferior protein for muscle building (it has a lower biological value than whey). -BB
