Yohimbe

does anyone know how much yohimbe one should use ed for max results, and to avoid the side effects, also i took yohimbe and my chest started to feel funny, i read up more about it and it said its a MAO and should not be taken with caffine or chocolate two things that i had taken before the Yohimbe... should i be worried about having a stroke or a heart attack?

Well, I wouldnt worry about a stroke...but, if you are having some sides I wouldnt use it at all. I used it with my ECA for weeks, then with clen . I never had any sides...so I would say start low and build up if you still want to use it.
