    Calcium Casonite Vs Whey

Hey guys, just wondering what ev1 thinks of Calcium Casonite conpared to Whey.. Either WPI or WPC..

I used to take WPI and liked it, however have now switched to CC becasue I heard its got longer loading phases incase your body doesnt need the protein right away.

I then read up something saying Whey is heaps better??

What do you guys think, or know about these 2 products?

    Thanks

Basically, CC absorbs slower in your system than whey does (i.e. CC would be more ideal before bed while whey would be more ideal post-workout). -BB

if its a post workout <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> your looking for
    take whey faster absorbing
just as bigbad sad CC takes longer to be absorbed
so if you cant get those 5-6meals in a day
milk <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> is best in my opinion because of the time it takes to break it down. but for post when <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a> is needed right away i'll reach for whey
i use a mix throughout the day
