I've been hearing alot about 1-AD cycles mostly good...except for keeping gains post cycle, I was wondering if anyone had any luck keeping there gains after they cycle off??? maybe clomid would help???

I went through one bottle of 1-AD and maintained everything i gained and actually gained a lil more after cylce. Then is started Mag-10. 1-AD is awesome if u keep ur protien intake really high. Weight did seem heavy after i got off but i was still able to lift just had to push myself more because i didnt have that mind set that i got while taking 1-AD. It makes u a lil ill sometimes but its worth it for the gains u get. Tyler

Yep, it is made by the same people that came out with 1AD and supposed to be a very good over the counter estrogen blocker and test elevator to use after a prohormone cycle. Kept most of the weight on me after my last 1AD cycle. It just came out a couple of months ago.
