    Need help in selecting protein powder with the most protein, best taste, etc.

    Hey guys, over at All Sports, what protein has the best combination of lots of protein, best flavor, best nurtrition overall?

    Well I just recieved the PRO-RATED protein....strawberry flavor, and I must admit it has the best flavor out of all the protein shakes I've ever had. At 37.99 for 10 lbs. is a good deal in itself.....just my opinion.

    I have used Prolab Whey protein for 7 years because it tastes good and mixes perfectly. I just started using their Isolate Whey. I buy the 2lb. containers at www.planetdepot.com for $24. I've also tried Designer (mixes like shit) and Nitro Tech, both taste like shit IMO.

    I had been using Prolab Whey for years and decided to switch brands. I tried a few different ones but came to the conclusion that Prolab seems to mix alot better. Taste is of little significance to me, though.

    If you're switching brands, Make sure your protien has BCAA's to get better results.

    im using metrx shakes, they taste pretty good with water, much better than any regular whey i have tried, im sure a lot better with milk

    I also use Myoplex shakes...chocolate tastes the best. I recently tried Prolab's Lean Mass Matrix but didn't like the taste...too gritty, must be all that fiber.

    i used 2 many kind of whey protein and n my opinion i decided that gnc's pro performane 100% whey protein taste awesome mate and also the designer protein chocolate flavour! they both rock!
