    Peanut Butter and Tuna????

Ive been reading bodybuilding magazines for years and i have a question i hope one of you can help me with. Magazines always say Peanut butter has so much protein and so does tuna. I am looking at a Skippy peanut butter jar now and 2 TBSP has only 7g of Protein!! They say in magazines 1 tbsp is 20-30grams!!??!?! What peanut butter are they using?
And i have a can of tuna that only has 17.5 grams of protein as opposed to the 30 that FLEX always advertises.

THESE FIGURES ARE SO FAKE!! (FLEX MAGAZINE NOV 2002)
    FLEX:

6oz tuna 33g (what tuna is this?)
    8oz chicken 44g (more like 22 i think)
8oz round steak 66g(i think this is wrong too)
    8oz baked pot. 50g carbs?

i might be wrong and if i am, where do you get this food?!?!?

1 can of tuna is approx. 2.5 servings with 13 grams per serving which comes out to 32.5 grams total. Chicken breast, at least the ones I buy are 24 grams per serving and each full breast is 2 servings. Which come out to 48 grams. As for the peanut butter, you have to get the all natural, which has protein but has the type of fat in it which is good for you .....pb is used for helping to put on weight. I'm not sure on the baked potatoe though...maybe someone else can answer that. Hope this helps ya!
