EXCESS has it right, for supps (if gear is not an option) protein, bcaa's, test booster like andro (if you don't care about the side eff), creatine, multi-v, glutamine, chondroitin/glucosamine.
multi vit and min i think is #1. Thats the base you need weather cutting or bulking.
