hey,
i got this shiat free, i wouldn't sopend my money on DHEA and Andro, but as long as i have it i sayz to myself we not cycle w/ it, ok this is where i need help; how showed i cylce this stuff and for how long? my goal here is to gain weight and endurance!!! thx for the help
Do either both together and go 6 weeks on and 1 to 2 weeks off or go wk1-6 andro and week 4-9 dhea, or 4 wks andro than switch 4 weeks dhea. But take 2 each 30 min. before workout and 2 each before you go to bed. I don't usually take these products but when they're free I take 'em.
