    curly hair...

    I do have curly hair and since my bf% is lower, my hair seems to be dryer and the curls are not like they were. Any suggestions? Products? Thanxxx

    I suggest this go to womens forum ... they will know about womens hair products ....

    But I would think a good moisterizing shampoo and maybe slow down on gels, hairspray and blow drying would help

    sounds like a dehydration problem. just try drinking more water..

    Also, maybe not enough good fats in your diet. Try adding flax seed oild to your protein drinks (if you use them). Maybe some unsalted nuts.
