can someone please answer a few questions about cretine
hi guys,
just bought some creatine capsules, (this being my first try of creatine)
each capsule contains 700mg CREATINE monohydrate
well it says on the tub to take 6 capsules daily (3 before excercize and 3 after exercize)
well i was hopeing someone could kindly answer a few questions please,
1, is 6, 700mg capules enought?
2, should i take 4 before training and 3 after workout, or or take 6 all at once after workout???
3, should i take them every day even on none training days?
4, when should i take them on none training days day/night ?
5, how long should i take them?
sorry if theres a few questions but i know theres a lot of kind & experienced people on here and i just wanted your advice, concidering this is my first try of creatine

:lol: 20grams is too much - you would piss out at keast 10 grams in the form of Creatinine that can be harmfull to your kidneys. And no need to load the first week. You should supplement with 5 grams per day - no more than 8-10.
1. No - you waste you money buying in capsule form. You MUST take lots of water with Creatine so buy the powder form - it is a lot cheaper than paying for capsules.
2. Take 3 during the day - like in the morning with juice and an extra glass of just water. Take 5 more post workout, again with juice and a glass of water.
3. Yes. Training is just creating the stimulis. You grow while you rest not while you are in the gym - especially on off days. You get Short Term Hypertrophy during training but Long Term Hypertrophy happens while you are out. Take them everyday. Your body is growing everyday - not in the gym... get it?

5. After 30 days your muscles should be fully saturated and you will be much more explosive. From then on you can maintain at 5 grams for as long as you like. Their are no adverse physical problems from this maintenance dose. Just be sure to get enough water.
