    i just got some eas zma. Its makes me sleep better , suppose to raise natural test levels and help with muscle repair.

    I seen a coupla studies that say that body builders are often deficient in mag and zinc, so there is at least something to it.

    I just started taking zmas 6 days ago...And I have to be straight up with you..I haven't sleep better. Could all be in my head but I will keep yeah posted.

    I have had good luck in the past with ZMA supps. I personally just buy the Zinc, Mag, B-6 and do it myself. Much cheaper this way. Remember the best time to take it is before bed on an empty stomach (better absorption)

    I take zma and it helps me sleep better. Maybe some people just have gone to far with other shit that these little supps won't hit them anymore. My .02

    its a huge rip off i went through 2 bottles and didnt notice any difference in my sleep patterns
