    Glucosamine and Chondroiton`

    Guys,

I know a lot of you use these for joint pain. Tell me, how long til you start noticing the effects (less pain)?

    hehe!

I hear ya PPP. Deca is for what it was intended for, not joint pain. I have no plans on staying on Deca for years at a time. Temporary fixes like that have no place in the "fixes" category.

Primo - Are you taking it for the knee with no cartilage?

I took Joint Fuel for inflammation in the knee and knocked it out in 7-10 days. I dosed up on it, 12 caps a day and slowly tapered off until I was maintaing 3 day. From experience and OD, I can tell you that Joint Fuel by Twin Lab works.

    Hey bro,

I have tendonitis -- Glucosamine, Chondroiton or MSM didn't do a damn thing for me. I gave up after 6 weeks......

I've been told by a bro in the know that it only works for joint pain, not tendons.

    not long

I noticed in about a month....but to be quite honest, it was for a lower L2 L3 verterbra lock. Which was fixed. There was a lot of discomfort so I believe that is why i noticed relatively quick

If you have glucosamine with Devils Claw in it..works even better since the Devils Claw is a natural anti-inflamitory.

    good luck

I've seen people feel results in a week, some in 3 months, and myself never. However I use them because formidable studies (completed in UK, and partial in US) say that they actually help re-build connective tissue. So even after over two years I don't have a huge difference in pain when I squat...but it has not gotten any worse! That to me is progress!
