    Taking Cell Tech at night?

    I work out at night and I was wondering if it would be bad if I took the Cell Tech at night b4 i workout or whatever, I'm gonna buy some soon and I was just curious? Thanks

    you should be taking it right after your training session at the gym no matter if its at night or not

    all that sugar might hurt at night though.

    Too right. You don't want an insulin spike at night. You will simply add fat weight that way. Evening carbs should be limited... and restricted to complex carbs with protein and good fats at the same time. CellTech is too much sugar at night.

    best it to take it with your post workout glycogen replacement....the insulin spike will replenish your muscle creatine phosphate stores much faster....but i agree with ppl above it will promote fat storage if you take it at night when you are about to go to sleep

    and you know....insulin spike also causes hypoglycemic effect after...so when ever i consume so much simple carbs i ALWAYS back it up with complex carbs after so im not spiking the blood cortisol level also...

    so good ways to take it in your case is first thing in the morning when you wake up or, as you've said, before your workout so you're not spliking your blood glucose level as much
