Hey whats up guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I bought some NO2 and Im gonna stack it with creatine. Im gonna start this after new years. Im also gonna stack Xenedrine with this and of course protein. I'll let you guys know how my gains go by a weeky write in. Hopefully i didn't get scammed and you guys can learn from my experience!

OK guys coming up on finishing the first week. Nothing too special yet, alittle bit of a pump, but not to what it said. hopefully it will pick up next week. I still have two more workout to go through, but i thought i'd let you know about it now.

i did 2 months of it about a year ago when it first came out. it took a few weeks to notice. and actually its so trivial at first, that you dont notice. but then after like 3-4 weeks, i looked at some old pics and compared to me then and it really did work for me. you arent gonna one day wake up and have a noticable big pump look that you didnt have the night before. but give it a bit and you'll notice. after the gym your pumps will start to last longer and longer, etc etc. and thruout the day you'll notice you look more pumped than you did before. i only stopped it cuz to me, it wasnt worth the money. not that it didnt work,just its expensive for the results. good luck

Hey Guys I know this is supposed to be week 3, but im gonna count it as week 2. some serious shit happened last week and i was outta the gym for a couple days. Anyways... haven't noticed a pump, but i have noticed strength... i feel nice and strong now... I put on three reps on my bench... even though that doesn't sound like much, it just felt really good to break that stickin point! all in all its getting a bit better, but we'll see how next week goes!

What's up, guys. Let me tell you how I've been using the NO2. I take my first dose in the morning when I wake up, just like the label says, but I hold off on the second dose until I'm ready to do the second bodypart in my split. So for example, on the day I do chest and bi's, after I do my last set of cable crossovers, I pop 3 NO2's and then start my bi routine. I get a pretty sick pump this way. I've been using it for close to 3 weeks, and I can't say that is has an effect on actual muscle growth, but it does give a good short term pump at the least.
your not using eca or caffine with it right?
yeah thats right.. im not using an ECA stack with it. It really hasn't done much for me.. i think its a waste of 100 bucks!
