please read, glutamine
what is a good daily dosage? im looking at 5 grams before bed, should i do more during the day and before bed?HELP!

I usually use 10 - 15g per day. 5g before bed, 5g after my workout (around 7:30am) and then with my 3pm protein shake. Have had good results with that breakdown.

I've heard that you at least want 7 grams a day but will see good results between 15-20 grams a day.

Depends, when i'm cutting i take a lot more as i'm try to preserve muscle. Postworkout, i don' take any because there's already enough in my protein.

I heard if you add a little water to make it pasty you can rub it all over your balls. For some reason it absorbs better.

I heard to do thisand bake it untill it hardens and use it as a suppository(spelling). Now that's absorption!
