    I am on a keto diet, how much ALA should I take per day and when?

    When I'm on Keto, I take 500mg with every meal. A little over kill but my caps are 500 a piece and I like to have some with every meal when fat content is so high.

    If you have smaller dose caps, I would say 300 with every meal- 6 meal minimum
