success story with supplements

Well i never was into creatine because i tryed the pills a few years ago and it did NOTHING. But i saw the powder for $12 at 500g so i said what the hell and got it. Its been two weeks and my bench was up 20lbs today. My dumbbell curls were up 20lbs. I mean the weight has gone up on everything. This is truly a great product (for me at least).

I take these supplements too:
L-glut
ZMA
creatine
ALA

Anyway just wanted to share

ya creatine is awsome I never come off it, you should try cell-tech it's even better but expensive

wow thats unbeleivable, to tell u the truth, once i started taking cell-tech i didn't even notice a difference, i'm just taking it still cuz i trust from everything i read that its doin its job, just kinda like a multi-vitamin i guess, u know its working but u can't really feel it. Maybe cuz i don't load creatine i don't feel any instant effects, so maybe the effects are more gradual and i don't notice it.

Yea it was so cheap i loaded it for two weeks. Im sure it just came back out my pee. Anyway i heard that creatine doesnt work for everyone since some people have a natural high creatine level.

IM stacking 2 diff kinds of cre,,,v12 and crea-tek. Both have a diff loading tecnique. I also added alfa lyptic acid to the mix. And last, 1-ad,, 4-diol,, and sterobol from ultra labs (the beast). Gained 5 pounds and some strength in 12 days! (juice is commin)

Yea nothing really ever worked for me. Of cource i tryed a lot of different products in my 4 years because i wanted to believe there was a magic pill out there. But nothing showed anything but creatine (and changing my diet).

Yeah, I can't believe the price drop in the last 3-4 years. It used to be about $70 for 200gms. You had to treat it like Cocaine - spilling just a little would mean a total waste - now you can throw the shit around because 200g is like $10!

yea when i saw it on sale for 500g for $12 i almost fliped... i remember when it first came out it was a lot. So once i saw it worked i picked up two more jars of it... 1000g for $24

Congrats on the success bro...I've had some luck with creatine too. I went off it for a short time and seemed to feel a difference almost immediately. Might be just in my head but who knows..
