    What are some of the negatives about protein??

    What problems do they create if you take too much of it?

    too much and will be stored as fat.

    It may be harsh on the kidneys, so you should drink a truck load of water everyday.

    To tell u the truth, its more of a help and its almost never a hindrance. I really wouldn't worry about it, i wouldn't restrict your protein intake at all, if anything just keep your water intake high as it should be already anyways.

    Possible side effects if too much is taken include- stored body fat, harsh on kidneys, constipation, GAS!!!! Just drink plenty of water and you'll be ok. Hardly ever will you consume too much protein.

    I get bad gas from the protein shakes. WHy is the word protein when typed on here become a link to a site???
