I know the standard with milk or water...
but anyone got anything different that is still low in carbs?
I was going to drink one Post Cardio in the AM, and post workout as well as in the middle of the night if I wake up i'd chug one down with some water...
so i'm looking for something for the other two shakes...just something different than milk..
Something other than milk or water???? Not sure. How 'bout yogurt and eat it like pudding??? Not sure how that would turn out. I know people who mix it in with their oatmeal. These wouldn't work for post workout though.
Does it contain any glutamine and what is its bcaa to eaa ratio?

I use water because milk doesnt co with me and I heard that with milk it doesnt digest properly and you get dont get all the grams is there anyone that has heard of this too?Quote:
