Ive been taking the stop aging now vitamins made by Jean Carper the journalist who writes books on nutritional supplements.

These vitamins contain all the important vitamins,minerals,and important antioxidants like alpha lipoic acid and green tea. The price isnt very high and they dont contain unnecessary nutrients like most vitamin/mineral supplements.

No I dont sell them! I was only trying to help some guys out. I looked and looked for a good vitamin that suited me. They are available with and without ginko biloba. If you purchase some get the ones without the ginko.
