1ad and tribex 500 cycle

Hey everyone I am about to get my 4 bottles of 1AD by ergopharm, 3 bottles of tribex 500 by biotest, and my 6oxo in thursday. I am going to start my cycle monday. The 1AD will look like this first 4 days 300mgs split out through the day then for the rest of the cycle 600mgs a day spilt out through the day. I was wondering about how many hours should i split my doses. Then the main question is the tribex 500. How should i go about the mgs and day and the doses any help is appreciated. This will also be my first prohormone cycle and it will be 6 weeks.

My diet will look like this
meal 1: small chicken breast, protein shake, and 2 glasses of milk
meal 2: protein bar
meal3: tuna fish sandwich "sandwich consist of a whole can of tuna" and 2 glasses of milk
meal4: tuna fish sandwich "sandwich consist of a whole can of tuna" and 2 glasses of milk
meal5: "postworkout" 2 protein shakes, 2glasses of milk
meal6: 2 whole eggs and protein shake
meal7: 2 whole eggs

how does this look any help is appreciated
