little help?

hey, as silly as this seems, i've come up short on cash and was wondering if the protein powder i have is still good despite being past it's date? does the date really matter? the container is open, but i would prefer to use it up before i get more! is this safe?

Bro.....I've never heard about it going bad. I've used some OLD protein powder before with no problems........drink up!

I have never had protein around long enough for it to go bad. However you shouldn't have a problem if it is within a year or so.

it may give you some gas...beyond that it is ok.

the AR family had no complaints about old powder
especially me
my was a couple of months past
but still good
